Natalie Bugalski is the senior legal and policy director and a co-founder of Inclusive Development International. Natalie is an international human rights lawyer with expertise on corporate and development finance accountability, as well as land tenure and resettlement policy. She has contributed to the development of the international human rights framework on the right to adequate housing and led case and policy advocacy at the World Bank, International Finance Corporation and the Asian Development Bank. Natalie previously served as legal officer at the Centre on Housing Rights and Evictions in Asia and worked as an expert consultant for the Office of the U.N. High Commissioner for Human Rights, the former U.N. Special Rapporteur on the Right to Adequate Housing and Amnesty International, among other organizations. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Law and a PhD in law from Monash University, Australia.
